Pastor Jon and Michelle have served in full-time ministry 30 years side-by-side; serving in urban, suburban and rural communities all over the Midwest. They have 3 great kids- all now grown men. Jon and Michelle have a passion for people to know Christ, grow up in Him and live out that love relationship so it naturally impacts others for eternity.
 
For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

Randy & Sara Ortgiesen | Elder, Women’s Ministry
 
Randy and Sara are high school sweethearts from Dixon, married for 34 years with 5 children born all over the world from Italy to Virginia during 12 years in the Navy. They have lots of grandchildren, and thank God for the privilege to help raise up this next generation. Returning to Dixon in 1997 after being abroad for 20 years, they followed a strong call from the Lord to resettle in the area
 
Their ministry calling is to encourage and serve the body of believers, and to help introduce the world to Jesus. 2 Thessalonians 1:11-12  propels us forward in this regard:
 
With this in mind, we constantly pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of His calling, and that by His power He may bring to fruition your every desire for goodness and your every deed prompted by faith.  We pray this so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
 
Ken & Cindy Drew | Elder, Church Development
 
Ken and Cindy have four sons. Adam, Jesse, Jacob, and Micah and 5 grandchildren so far. They love family time and traveling. Ken and Cindy’s desire is to ‘live’ Jesus to our church family and the world as an outward expression of the joy of fellowship with Jesus.. They long for the things they say and do to reflect His holiness and love for others.

John & Laurie Wegmeyer | Elder
 
John and Laurie have been at Faith Assembly for over 40 years. This body of believers has been a great blessing to them and their four children. John and Laurie’s desire is to likewise be a blessing to others and to God by doing what he requires of us in Micah 6:8:
 
The Lord has told you what is good, and this what he requires of you; to do what is right, to love mercy, and to humbly walk with your God.
 
 
 
Fran & Raeann Fassler | Elder
 
Fran and Rae have been married since 1976, have four married sons and lots of grandchildren. They have been attending Faith Assembly for nearly 35 years.
 
Two aspects of ministry of importance to them are fellowship and unity in the body of Christ. They see fellowship as being in a friendly association with one another, Unity is the state of being one.. – oneness.. As a couple, Fran and Rae love the fellowship and unity that being a part of Faith Assembly offers.
 
Behold, how good and pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity. It is like precious oil on the head, coming down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard, coming down upon the edge of his robes. It is like the dew of Hermon, coming down upon the mountains of Zion; for there the Lord commanded the blessing: life forever.  Psalm 133
 
Ryan & Jordan Bivins | Worship, Faith Kids
 
Ryan and Jordan have been married for 12 years, have been attending Faith Assembly for close to 17 years and are both graduates of Faith Christian School. Ryan and Jordan are passionate about the ministry, and feel called by God to be involved in the local church. Jordan is the leader of Faith Kids children’s ministry, and loves helping children get to know Jesus on a personal level. Ryan is the worship leader and has also served as a deacon on the church board. They love Jesus and love serving the body of Christ together.

Pastor Phil & Jessica Arellano | Foundations Youth
 
Philip and Jessica have been married since 2014 and have two daughters. They share a passion for youth that has been growing in them since they both started working at a Christian summer camp in 2010. Both have grown up in the area and feel a strong call to raise their family to be a part of the local church.
 

Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.  Ephesians 4:2-6
